About Healthcare Management

Owned and directed by a consortium of healthcare providers, Healthcare Management, LLC (HCM) provides complete self-pay recovery services for hospitals and medical billing offices.

This for-profit, limited liability company is owned by a subset of members of Western Healthcare Alliance (WHA). The Alliance was formed in 1989 as the first formal commitment of rural hospitals in Colorado to join resources in order to improve regional healthcare. The combined purchasing power of WHA members led to the founding of Healthcare Management in 1991.

Today, Healthcare Management provides a variety of programs to meet WHA’s mission, while providing added value and cost savings to participating members.

HCM owns and operates two companies: AR Services and A-1 Collection Agency. Together, they can assist you in recovering your healthcare accounts receivable.
