Determine if provider is in the Health First Colorado database.

Complete and maintain provider enrollment, including revalidations.

Add providers to Group Affiliation if needed.

Out of State Medicaid

Determine access needed.

Complete provider applications and follow-up.

Maintain provider enrollments as needed.
